Right now we are looking for architects to Inter IKEA Systems Service AB which is located in Helsingborg. IKEA provides unique specialist competence in developing and improving IKEA concept and establishing its brand on existing and new markets. IKEA is doing this by building and re-building stores and other touchpoints all over the world, adapted to the local conditions.

As an architect you are responsible for making conceptual drawings for all store projects. You will cooperate with the countries’ local organisation, local architects and other experts as well as with architects and specialists within Store design and retail architecture. The main purpose for you as an architect will be to manage, coordinate, plan and design projects for new stores and for major rebuilds of existing stores with the aim of implementing solutions that secure visibility, accessibility, the company’s trade dress, customer experience and an efficient store operation.

Kvalifikace

You enjoy working in a multi-cultural climate. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and comfortable to learn and work in the software tool ArchiCAD. You have a Masters degree in Architecture. You are communicative and take responsibility for action and results, are socially skilled, enthusiastic and find it easy to earn trust. You are also prepared to do some travelling.

IKEA is currently looking for a total of five Architects to join their Store Design and Retail Architecture team based in Helsingborg.

• Two Architects with minimum 5-10 years of experience within project management and / or retail architecture and design
• Two Architects with 3-5 years of experience
• One Architect – newly graduated or with a couple of years of experience
